About Me

I like to say I am from a little bit of everywhere having lived in childhood in New York, California, and Montana. I have lived in Oregon since 1998 an have set deep roots in the Willamette Valley.

I earned my bachelor of the arts from Willamette University (Go Bearcats) in 2002 and then my master's in education in 2008 from Oregon State University (Go Beavers). My primary areas of study and academic interests include developmental psychology, adult education, human transitions, identity development, and music.

I am energize by time with friends, a great exercise class, reading books with my kids, improving systems to help people make deeper connections to their community. I am passionate about and eager to help you take your first and next steps to becoming your best self. So, let's do this!
